The heavy-duty 545 takes the cake for a heat resistant boot. A style where Vibram^® meets the Aussie work boot, the Vibram^® sole offers intense resistance to hazards and temperatures up to 300°C. The sole has antistatic properties, and the SRC slip resistance enhances grip and stability. Unique to our Vibram^® designs, the boot includes a OrthoTec Poron^® footbed which has shock absorbing qualities created to protect and support the foot arch and heel.

The 545 is ideal for challenging conditions, a choice for electricians and metal workers.

To further enhance the comfort and shock absorbing characteristics of this footbed, we’ve inserted Poron^® Performance Cushioning into the heel cavity.

Poron^® Performance Cushioning is a versatile shock absorbing material that has been engineered to increase comfort and reduce fatigue caused by hard work. This antistatic footbed can be found in any Mongrel that features a Vibram^® rubber outsole.
